TAXUS IT was established in March 2013 as a daughter company of TAXUS SI. TAXUS IT‘s orientation is towards new technology and specialist software. TAXUS IT uses the experience and knowledge gained in the parent company in new projects. Today, as the staff of a modern company TAXUS IT supplies its clients with innovative solutions. The main customers of its products are institutions working in the protection of the natural environment in the broad sense of the word, such as forestry and environmental protection etc. The TAXUS IT app for Eos is tMap.

About the App: tMap

tMap, made by Taxus IT, is an easy-to-use stand-alone GIS field data collection tool. Fully supportive of the Eos’ Arrow SeriestMap is one of the most complete COTS field apps for Android on the market. tMap offers point, line, and area mapping and also supports laser rangefinder, allowing you to perform offset measurements. You can easily receive RTCM corrections for thanks to a built-in NTrip client that lets you connect to any public or private caster. By monitoring GNSS quality control parameters, tMap ensures only precise measurements are collected.
