    In recent years, GNSS receivers and data-collection software have fundamentally transformed how cities collect 3D survey-grade GNSS data. Previously one had to purchase expensive, proprietary data collectors & software to operate high-accuracy GNSS receivers. Now a field worker can collect survey-grade data, with elevations, on any mobile device. They need only ArcGIS apps to collect the data, an Internet connection to stream RTK corrections and an Eos Arrow GNSS receiver.
