Shapeshift in the Field

The Skadi 100 features an integrated antenna and hot-swap, all day battery. These let you work all day in the field with the flexibility of changing your field mounting setups — without wasting time handling any clunky mounting gear nor having to restart your receiver. he Skadi 100’s innovative design and hot-swap battery let you seamlessly move between the included Skadi Standard Handheld configuration, a full or half-sized surveying range pole, and a backpack range pole, for example. Additionally, an external antenna port and cables are available for those who’d wish to mount to a vehicle or use in a hands-free carry-on setup (e.g., backpack, safety vest, chest pack).

Skadi Standard Handle™

The Skadi 100 comes with the Skadi Standard Handle™, an ergonomic handheld device that allows you to easily combine your mobile smartphone or tablet and GNSS receiver in a flexible, light-weight single hardware setup. Additionally, the Skadi Standard Handle comes out of the box with the correct brackets that free your device’s camera to support any iOS®, Android™, or Windows® smartphone or tablet — no additional purchase necessary.

Submeter Accuracy Worldwide

The Skadi 100 can connect to any free SBAS system, which are currently available in many regions worldwide. Additionally, if an SBAS is not available, you can connect the Skadi 100 to an Atlas H50 subscription to obtain corrections anywhere in the world, including the most remote disconnected environments.

Submeter Accuracy with Worldwide SBAS

Using only the free corrections from an SBAS, the Skadi 100 provides 40-60 cm-level real-time accuracy. Furthermore, the Skadi 100 can be subscribed to an Atlas H50 correction service for 50 cm accuracy anywhere in the world.

Excellent Performance

The Skadi 100 is optimized to provide the highest accuracy possible in tough conditions, including dense canopy and urban cityscapes.

Full Flexibility

The Skadi 100 is our most affordable GNSS receiver that contains the same accuracy and performance you’ve come to love about the Arrow Series® while also offering an integrated antenna and in-field shapeshifting capabilities (e.g., shift from a handheld configuration to a range pole mount or dropped in a safety vest pouch using an optional external antenna).

What is SBAS?

SBAS stands for Satellite Based Augmentation System.  Government-operated SBAS systems around the world provide a free source of corrections to augment GNSS (positioning) signals. An SBAS-compatible GNSS receiver, such as the Skadi 100, receives and processes these free submeter differential corrections in real time, resulting in live submeter positioning with no post-processing required. The Skadi 100 supports all worldwide free SBAS, including WAAS in North and Central America, EGNOS in Europe and northern Africa, GAGAN in India, MSAS in Japan, and SouthPAN in Australia/New Zealand, along with current SBAS in test mode and all future systems.
