In 2019, CountryMark wanted to minimize back-and-forth trips to the field and office. They wanted to empower field crews to focus on tasks — instead of technology. To digitize field workflows, they needed GNSS receivers.

CountryMark mapped pipeline and petroleum assets with submeter accuracy. Doing so saved field crews hundreds of hours and improved pipeline maintenance across CountryMark’s service area.
Where Are They Now?
What originally started as a trial of two Arrow 100® GNSS receivers in a single workgroup has now expanded to the daily use of 16 Arrow 100s and one Arrow Gold® across four groups. CountryMark is also planning to expand the use of the receivers to a fifth group in 2025.
High-accuracy mapping with the Arrow receivers has proven instrumental in repairs and maintenance for pipeline, tanks, and related assets. Additionally, federal compliance requirements for location accuracy have become more stringent, and the GNSS receivers help CountryMark meet these requirements.
I genuinely believe that bringing the Arrow receivers on board at an early stage in our geospatial program is one of the best decisions we made. Their ongoing reliability and ease of use means they remain an active tool supporting our company goals.”
