My Arrow receiver is physically damaged. How can I inquire about a repair?

If you are in the United States:

Our repair center is located in Oregon. Contact our technical support team for a copy of the repair form that must be included in your shipment. Fill out, print and include the repair form in your package with your Arrow receiver(s). The shipping address is included on the form. Please note, we do not publish this form online so you will need to contact our team.

If you are outside the United States:

If you are outside the USA, please also contact our technical support team for the appropriate repair address in other countries that is closest to you, and follow our support team’s instructions.
